I know that modern day life can be difficult. Really difficult. The day to day pressures of work, school, relationships, social media, parenthood – it can all too easily become overwhelming. And when we feel overwhelmed, we often feel stressed, anxious, depressed or we may develop unhealthy behaviours, such as smoking, overeating, drinking. We may become withdrawn, lack motivation, feel worthless or angry.
But it does not have to be this way.
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience working with children, adults and families. Using Solution Focussed techniques, alongside hypnotherapy, I can provide a range of therapeutic services designed to help you build your own path to a more positive future.
